Sri Lankan cinnamon, also known as Ceylon cinnamon, is the highest quality variety of cinnamon, only grown in Sri Lanka. It has a sweet and delicate flavor, making it highly sought after in cooking and baking. Our company sources only the finest quality Sri Lankan cinnamon for our customers. The bark is hand peeled and dried and starts curling into long quills as it dries.

Black pepper is a flowering vine in the family Piperaceae, cultivated for its fruit, which is usually dried and used as a spice and seasoning. The fruit is a drupe which is about 5 mm in diameter, dark red, and contains a stone which encloses a single pepper seed. Black Pepper (Piper nigrum Linn.) grown in Sri Lanka has a high aromatic flavour due to the presence of high Piperine in comparison to other origins. White Pepper is manufactured by further maturing and processing.

Cloves (Eugenia Caryophyllus) consist of flower buds of the plant are picked by hand and dried before use.
